We are looking for a passionate

Electrical & Electronics Engineer

to join our production team. The role involves supporting and enhancing production processes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world production activities and an opportunity to grow into a full-time engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tooling & Process Development

- Assist in the design and development of jigs and fixtures to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

Continuous Improvement

- Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production line.

Support Production Operations

- Assist in day-to-day production activities including Inward Quality Control (IQC), product assembly, and on-line support.

Supplier & Manufacturing Support

- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing queries and ensure smooth material flow for production.

Product Testing & Validation

- Support in carrying out testing, inspection, and validation of products to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Electrical, Electronics & Technical Skills

- Strong in circuit design (Components selection, Schematics, Layout), Wire harness design, drawing reading, and knowledge of manufacturing processes (PCB assembly, wire crimping, selection of components).

Software Proficiency

- Familiarity with CAD tools; working knowledge of MS Excel, statistical analysis software, and supply chain management systems.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

- Good technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.

Communication & Collaboration

- Effective communication, presentation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and multilingual teams.

Flexibility & Business Orientation

- Willingness to travel for business purposes and adaptability in dynamic production environments.

Expected Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed

within the last 18 months

) related to

Electrical Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering.

Minimum

CGPA of 7.0

with

no standing arrears

. Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.

Benefits

Stipend during Training Period (first 12 months):

> INR 25,000/month

for Bachelor's degree holders.

> INR 30,000/month

for Master's degree holders

Full-Time Conversion:

Upon successful completion of training and evaluation, candidates will be offered full-time employment with a revised salary package. *
