To support this program, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as \xe2\x80\x9cGraduate Trainees\xe2\x80\x9d. These trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical experience and develop the skills necessary for success in different lines of business based on interview selection and fitment to the requirements.Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria for Apprenticeship Candidates :

• No Existing Provident Funds Account: Candidates applying for our apprenticeship program should not currently hold a provident funds account. This criterion is in place to support individuals who are new to the workforce and may not have had previous opportunities for formal employment benefits

• No Prior Income-Based Job Experience: We encourage candidates who have not previously held income-based job positions to apply for our apprenticeship program. This criterion is aimed at providing opportunities for those who are seeking to gain practical experience and develop skills in their chosen industry

Qualifications

• Graduate Fresher (Passing Year 2020 onwards) \xe2\x80\x93 No Work experience

• Basic Use Of Excel - Typing speed and accuracy

• Comply with data integrity and security policies

• Available during the mid shift for interaction with business

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills
