About the Role

We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and responsible

Graduate Supervisor Trainee

to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will initially learn the production processes from the current supervisor and gradually take ownership of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, eager to learn, and serious about building a career in manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Learn all production activities of the grinding media ball manufacturing process. Assist in planning and coordinating daily production schedules. Ensure

quality control (QC)

at every stage before dispatch. Monitor workers, ensure tasks are completed on time, and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Work closely with contractors and labour teams to

increase production output

. Maintain production records, reports, and daily log sheets accurately. Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and support management in implementing better practices. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Maintain a professional attitude and avoid getting influenced by existing staff culture.

Requirements

Graduate in any field (Engineering preferred but not mandatory). Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Lives near Bassi / Jaipur or willing to relocate. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing/industrial processes is a plus.
