About the Role:




The Global Service Desk is the central point of contact for AtkinsRealis users reporting IT incidents or service requests. The team provides

first-level multilingual support (English + French)

and is the face of IT services within the organization, driving continuous service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the

first point of contact

for all end-user reported issues or requests. Provide

technical support

for internal and external customers. Deliver

first-line telephone support

for hardware, operating systems, sub-systems, and applications. Apply

basic diagnostic techniques

to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Take

end-to-end ownership

of user issues until resolution, following up as required. Escalate complex issues to

Remote Support Engineering

or

Field Engineering

teams. Maintain

call quality and response times

as per SLA. Ensure all cases are

accurately recorded and updated

in the system.

Required Skills



Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Strong knowledge of: Operating Systems Hardware and Networking Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to

multitask and coordinate

effectively. Strong

judgment and problem-solving

skills. Willingness to work in

24x7 rotational shifts

.

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's Degree

in any

technical stream

from a recognized university.

No prior experience required

- suitable for fresh graduates.
