Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct client meetings or product presentations.
Sales Process Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details.
Follow up with clients for closures and negotiate effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for the sales manager.
Assist in planning sales strategies and marketing activities.
