Resolving customer issues brought to your attention.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to them and solving their problems.
Performing quality assurance surveys with customers.
Interacting with customers to determine whether they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Possessing the knowledge and ability to improve customer service experience of the customers.
Fresher's/Experience Both Can apply.
