Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities in the fabrication shop
Ensure production targets are met as per schedule and quality standards
Monitor fabrication processes like cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
Coordinate with design, quality, and store departments
Ensure proper use of machines, manpower, and materials

Maintain production reports and daily output records
Implement safety rules and ensure safe working practices
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
Handle breakdown issues and support preventive maintenance

Requirements: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering Experience in fabrication industry preferred Knowledge of welding processes, drawings, and shop-floor operations Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production planning Good communication and team-handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
