We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our printing & fabrication production team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production operations, machine handling, material cutting, assembly, and working with fabrication machinery to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing daily production and fabrication activities.
Understand and operate basic fabrication machinery (laser cutting, CNC router, bending, welding, drilling, etc.).
Work with design and production teams to interpret engineering drawings and fabrication requirements.
Monitor quality standards and perform measurements using appropriate tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
Support installation and assembly of fabricated parts at the workshop or client site (if required).
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the workshop.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for materials (if required).
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mechanical fundamentals and fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of production planning & quality control.
Hands-on approach and willingness to learn fabrication machinery.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Fresh BE/Diploma Mechanical Engineer (0-1 year experience)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM / 10 AM - 7 PM ( Sunday week off)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
