The Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining robotic machines used in the production process. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning, performing basic troubleshooting, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines and equipment as per production requirements.
Load/unload materials or parts into the robotic system.
Monitor robot performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform routine checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on robots.
Identify and report technical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist engineers/technicians in setting up or programming robots when required.
Keep daily logs of production activities, downtime, and errors.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of robotic systems and automation processes.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and safety guidelines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Preferred: Experience in operating robotic or CNC machines (1-3 years).
Freshers with technical qualifications may also be considered.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Shift-based work may apply depending on company operations).
