As a Graduate Management Trainee at EdYoda, you\'ll be at the forefront of our growth and new initiatives, working alongside founders and Leadership Team across all areas of the business including Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Product and growth, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Work on a variety of growth and new initiatives experiments and new projects across marketing, sales, business development, finance, and human resources.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and inform key business initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
• Help manage and support human resources activities, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and performance management.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or a related field or some real-world experience solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct research and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently on complex business problems.
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, technology, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
