Job Location- Bangalore/Noida

You will be joining our Human Factors team and will optimise human well-being and overall system performance of the predominately railways in order to improve comfort, health, safety and productivity. We also work on projects in a range of other sectors such as nuclear and aviation and the public realm. In this role, you will incorporate the three main fields of ergonomics: physical, cognitive, and organisational.

Responsibilities:

You will be working on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects providing services including:

Behavioural insights Control room design HMI design Workload assessment Human error analysis Human reliability analysis Wayfinding Human factors integration

Candidate Specification:

We are looking for flexible and motivated graduates with a genuine passion and a desire to make a difference in the world.

Qualification:

To apply for this scheme, you will have more than 2 years of experience and have a degree in one of the following degree disciplines:

Ergonomics Psychology Human Factors or any related discipline

In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.

Essential skills and experience:

We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

Methodical approach to problem solving Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently. Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members. Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing. Ability to work as part of a team is a must with ability to work unsupervised or minimum supervision. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.
