Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred)

Job Purpose:

To assist the project execution team in day-to-day civil engineering tasks including site supervision, quality checks, measurement tracking, and reporting, while gaining hands-on experience under professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution Support

Assist in executing construction works as per drawings, specifications, and instructions. Supervise site activities including concrete works, brickwork, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, etc. Monitor contractor/labour teams and ensure daily productivity.

2. Quality Control and Safety

Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site. Follow safety protocols and report unsafe acts/conditions immediately. Ensure work is executed as per standard engineering practices and codes.

3. Measurements and Documentation

Assist in recording daily progress reports, material consumption, and site logs. Support in preparing measurement sheets and joint measurements with contractors. Maintain documentation of work as per ISO or project norms.

4. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, storekeepers, and senior engineers. Attend site review meetings and update on progress and issues. Support in resolving technical queries by consulting drawings or supervisors.

5. Learning and Development

Understand construction drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Learn use of surveying instruments, leveling tools, and layout marking. Participate in internal training and skill-building activities.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read structural and architectural drawings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in project sites and adapt to field conditions. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).

Growth Path:

Upon successful completion of the training period (usually 6-12 months), GETs may be absorbed as

Site Engineers / Junior Engineers

based on performance and project requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
