Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in daily operations, analysis, and project work. Learn and understand company products, processes, and standards. Participate in production planning, machine operation overview, and workflow understanding. Support quality checks, documentation, inspection reports, and testing activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Design, R&D, Purchase, and Stores. Prepare technical documents, reports, and drawings as required. Attend technical training sessions, audits, and internal reviews. Work on cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and productivity enhancement projects. Follow company safety standards, ISO procedures, and compliance requirements. Complete assignments within timelines under the guidance of mentors.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation engineering. Good understanding of engineering basics, drawings, and measurements. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and adapt to industrial environments. Knowledge of MS Office, CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), or ERP systems (added advantage). Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Communication (or relevant discipline). 0-1 year experience (Freshers preferred).

High level of discipline, punctuality, and dedication. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
