: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - "Quality "

Reporting to:

Quality Manager

Qualification:

Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience:

Fresher to 2 years Experience

Salary:

Based on Company norms

Location:

Pondicherry (Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Testing:

Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products; perform visual checks (color, defects).

Documentation:

Accurately record test results, maintain quality records, and report findings.

Process Monitoring:

Observe production to ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Assist in identifying defects, analyzing data for trends, and suggesting process enhancements.

Compliance:

Help verify adherence to company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.

Collaboration:

Work with production, R&D, and senior QA/QC staff to resolve issues and implement actions.

Training:

Participate in training programs and learn to use quality tools and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
