Hands-on Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical failures on the shop floor (No desk-only engineers).
Process Improvement:
Identify one bottleneck in our production line and fix it within your first 90 days.
Documentation:
Learn to create ISO-standard technical reports (a critical skill for your career).
