Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Engineer to join our team and embark on a comprehensive training programme to develop essential skills in engineering and logistics. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the engineering field

Roles& Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking logistics operations. Support inbound and outbound material movement, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow. Support warehouse activities including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and space optimization. Assist in analysing logistics data to identify improvement opportunities in the supply chain. Monitor logistics KPIs (On-time delivery, cost control, transit time, etc.). Ensure adherence to safety standards and company logistics policies. Participate in lean logistics and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in documentation, including material dispatch records, GRN, and MIS reports. Learn and work on ERP systems for logistics operations.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. Good understanding of mechanical parts and BOM (Bill of Materials) is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) will be an added advantage. Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
