Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic

Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs)

to join our team. This role offers fresh engineering graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and structured training across multiple departments in the

automotive wiring harness manufacturing process

.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Process Engineering

Support production lines in harness assembly, crimping, and testing processes. Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects. Assist in analyzing process failures and implementing corrective actions.

Quality & Testing

Understand and support testing procedures such as continuity and insulation resistance. Participate in defect analysis and root cause identification.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong technical fundamentals in

Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

. Basic knowledge of wiring harness systems, connectors, terminals, and crimping methods. Familiarity with CAD tools (added advantage). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in teams, with adaptability and eagerness to learn. Basic understanding of automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.) preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B. Tech.

in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

Fresh graduates

or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the automotive wiring industry.
