Job Description

Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Production / QC

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions. Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation. Analyze technical data, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions. Work on manufacturing, quality control, or maintenance processes as per departmental needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Follow company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in technical training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software/tools relevant to the domain. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

Internship experience in a related field. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.

Career Growth:

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be promoted to Trainee engineering roles based on performance.
