Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our team. As a GET, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training across different departments to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge, and contribute to real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company's processes, systems, and products. Assist senior engineers in daily tasks including project planning, data collection, and reporting. Participate in design, testing, quality control, or production activities depending on department. Analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to supervisors. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Work collaboratively with team members across departments. Document all learning, observations, and project-related information. Take initiatives to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Requirements

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Strong academic background with good technical knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAD/ERP/Software tools is an advantage. Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Willingness to work in shifts or fieldwork as required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
