We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our dynamic team in Wada, Palghar India. This exciting opportunity is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers and gain hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment.

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers
• Participate in problem-solving activities and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for various projects
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge
• Support the testing and quality assurance processes for new products or systems
• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing engineering systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals and principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Willingness to take on challenges and grow professionally
