Role Overview:

The Graduate Engineer Trainer (GET) will undergo structured technical and practical training while supporting engineering projects. The role focuses on developing core engineering skills, industry exposure, and hands-on experience under senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in technical training programs and workshops Learn and assist in engineering design, development, testing, or operations Support senior engineers in daily technical tasks and project execution Understand project requirements, drawings, and specifications Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records Follow company quality, safety, and engineering standards Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis Apply learning to real-time engineering problems
Technical Skills (as per domain):

For IT / Software:

Basics of programming, databases, and SDLC Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals

For Mechanical / Electrical / Civil:

Strong fundamentals of core engineering subjects Ability to read drawings and basic technical documentation Knowledge of tools, machines, or site processes
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills and documentation Professional attitude and discipline
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
