Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our

Business Development Department

. The selected candidates will be trained in market research, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and sales strategy to support the growth of our business in the renewable energy/electronics sector. This role provides an excellent platform to learn, contribute, and grow into a full-time Business Development Executive/Engineer.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in target markets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Support the team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Maintain and update the database of potential and existing clients. Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for solution development. Support in lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networking. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance tracking. Learn and understand company products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions. Coordinate with the project and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. Work on tenders, RFPs, and documentation under guidance of senior team members. Contribute to marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts. Analytical mindset with ability to research and interpret data. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred). Technical aptitude with ability to understand engineering/electronics/renewable energy products. Negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel if required.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields (Freshers or up to 1 year experience). Good academic record with interest in Business Development/Sales domain. Open to learning and adapting to dynamic business environments.

Pay: ₹200,000.54 - ₹240,000.87 per year
