Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from Electrical and Civil Engineering backgrounds to join our dynamic renewable energy team. The role offers hands-on experience in the design, planning, execution, and commissioning of solar, wind, and hybrid power projects.

Key Responsibilities

For Electrical Engineering Graduates:

Assist in electrical design, layouts, and system integration for solar and wind energy projects. Support the selection and specification of electrical components (inverters, transformers, cables, switchgear, etc.). Work with SCADA and energy management systems for performance monitoring. Assist in on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and grid codes. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of electrical systems.

For Civil Engineering Graduates:

Assist in site surveys, soil testing coordination, and feasibility studies. Support structural design and layout planning for foundations, mounting structures, and substations. Monitor civil work execution at project sites - foundations, roads, drainage, etc. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to construction safety standards. Coordinate with project teams and contractors for timely project execution. Support in quantity estimation, billing, and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (2023 or 2024 batch).

Strong academic background with a keen interest in renewable energy.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office

Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
