Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and reviewing design details from the Design Department Support senior engineers in resolving design clarifications and coordination with relevant departments Help in planning and organizing production workflow as per specifications and timelines Assist in identifying required resources such as manpower and materials Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material availability Support implementation of cost-saving and process improvement initiatives under guidance Follow production processes, quality standards, and work instructions Assist in quality checks and documentation Learn and follow proper methods for operating machinery Assist in identifying minor production issues and report to seniors Support routine maintenance activities Strictly follow safety rules and company policies

Skills & Qualifications

BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Freshers are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, and sheet metal (preferred) Basic understanding of mechanical concepts Working knowledge of MS Office Willingness to learn ERP systems Good communication and coordination skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work as part of a team
