Position Overview
We are inviting
applications from passionate and motivated engineering graduates
for the position of
Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)
. This role is designed for fresh engineers who are keen to build a career in
Business Development, Projects, and Quality functions
with hands-on exposure in a manufacturing setup.
This is a
1-year structured training program
. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate's performance will be reviewed, and
permanent absorption
will be considered based on
performance, interest, and company requirements
.
Training Exposure Areas
During the training period, the GET will be rotated and trained in the following functions:
Business Development
Customer interaction support
Market research and competitor analysis
Support in sales coordination and proposals
Projects
Exposure to new line installations and capacity expansion projects
Coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Documentation and project follow-ups
Quality
Understanding quality systems and standards
Exposure to inspection processes, documentation, and audits
Basic understanding of steel grades, processes, and compliance
Eligibility Criteria
Fresh Engineering Graduates (BE / BTech) with First class only, MBA preferred
Preferred branches: Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Metallurgy, or related fields
Engineering completed from a
reputed college/institution
Strong interest in
manufacturing, business, and industrial exposure
Willingness to commit to a
full 1-year training program
