Job Title Graduate Engineer Trainee

Department Chemical

Job Type Full-time

Location - This function is based out of Noida, in our Head office. However, the company shall add/remove locations based on the individual's capability and company's requirements.

They will learn and grow in various aspects of engineering, design, construction, procurement and various other functions. The individual must be interested and able to work in a multi-national and cultural environment to draw on resources in other locations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities for each domain function would be -

Chemical


Applying scientific and technological know-how to the project at hand, include designing procedures to isolate different chemical elements and reconfigure them, testing the resulting products and designing equipment setups for optimal safety and efficiency. Developing manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished products. Monitoring and testing processes and products found in all phases of production. Developing and implementing Zero-Harm safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials. Designing, planning and implementing the layout of manufacturing equipment to optimize production and decrease costs. Staying up to date with new and emerging manufacturing processes. Creating and presenting cost analysis reports to upper management. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. Ability to apply chemical principles in new and creative ways

Expert knowledge of chemical components, solutions and mixtures. Understanding of safe handling procedures of all chemicals, including hazardous materials

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Preference will be given to Female Candidate.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Basic abilities in MS Office for Fresh Graduates/Intermediate abilities in MS Office for experienced candidate

Computer Literate

Analytical mindset

Good Communication skills

Good command in English language; and

Mildly assertive personality


2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title- Graduate Engineer Trainee

Department- Mechanical Engineering / Operation and Maintenance

Job Type Full-time

Location Manufacturing Facility for the production and Utilities of Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells. Depending on the company's requirements, the candidate may be relocated at any point of time.

Looking for a committed, energized and highly motivated individual who has a passion for achieving excellence.

Ambitious projects require ambitious individuals, leaving scope for graduates from a variety of backgrounds to enter the industry.

Objectives:

After successful installation of Solar power projects, Avaada plans to enter into the Crystalline Silicon solar Cell and Module manufacturing facility. The facility will use the latest technology i.e. PERC & TOPCON for Solar Cell manufacturing process. For Cell Manufacturing operations, the facility will use Automated Guided Vehicles for product transfer, Robots for wafer handling and Receipe controlled Loading and Unloding of the carriers with Products. High percision control of the process is the key for high uniformity. Highly motivated individuals are required to operate the Manufacturing with highly automated operations and meet the targets set by the management.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities for each domain function would be -

Operations


?Responsible for the safe operation of the tools for meeting the Production Targets i.e. Cell efficiency and Yield.

?Collecting and evaluating operating and quality data to conduct equipment/recipe adjustment to ensure process optimization.

?Identify areas for improvement and optimize machine availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost.

?Use qualitative statistical data analysis of data gathered from runs of different lot of material on daily basis to adjust processes and recipes to maintain production quality and throughput.

?Training other employees/operators as well as updating training manuals when necessary.

?Team oriented and willing to work in rotating shifts.

?Daily MIS reporting of the department

?Documentation work and coordination with EHS department

Utilities & Maintenance


?Basic Knowledge of Refrigeration and air conditioning and pneumatic system.

?Basic knowledge of chemical & water treatment.

?Understanding the MSDS of Chemicals & Gases for the safe operation of the plant

?Analysis of the downtime of Tools hampering to meet the production targets.

?Identify the root cause using quality Tools to prevent the Re-occurrence of the problems in the Line

? Fundamental understanding for Preventive Maintenance of the smooth running of Plant

?Take up projects to minimize downtime to Meet KRA set by Management time to time.

?Daily MIS reporting of the department

?Documentation work and coordination with EHS department

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

MS excel and MS Word

Maintain 5S

Knowledge of ACAD preferred

Analytical mindset

Good Communication skills and Team Work
