Key Responsibilities:

Undergo structured training in products, sales techniques, and market dynamics. Support the sales team in identifying leads, preparing technical proposals, and closing deals. Assist in understanding client requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project deliverables align with customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities via CRM tools. Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Tech / B.E in

Mechanical

or

Petroleum Engineering

. Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and explain complex products or systems. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive mindset. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site demonstrations. Self-driven with a high level of initiative and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project involving customer-facing roles or industrial equipment. Interest or experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy solutions, manufacturing equipment, or engineering services. Understanding of bidding, proposal writing, or tendering processes.
