Professional Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Sales team. The role offers a strong foundation in technical sales, combining product knowledge, customer engagement, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to business growth through solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technical Product Mastery
? Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, including their technical specifications, features, and applications.
? Participate in product demonstrations, hands-on training, and field visits to build practical expertise.
2. Sales Support and Customer Interaction
? Assist senior sales engineers in preparing and delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
? Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
? Support proposal preparation, quotation follow-ups, and documentation.
3. Project Coordination and Collaboration
? Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
? Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market and Industry Insight
? Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to our product range.
? Share market feedback and insights to support continuous product and sales improvement initiatives.
5. Training and Professional Development
? Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
? Take initiative for continuous learning to enhance product knowledge, communication, and business acumen.
Qualifications :
? Education: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
? Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in technical products, power quality, and electrical solutions.
? Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
? Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
? Initiative: Self-driven and proactive learner with a strong desire to grow within a technical sales environment.
Key Skills :
? Basic understanding of electrical systems and power quality solutions.
? Interest in panel design concepts (APFC, RTPFC, Active Filters).
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
? Customer-centric mindset and goal-oriented approach.
