Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate

Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)

from

Production or Mechanical Engineering

backgrounds who are eager to learn and build a career in the

furniture and interior manufacturing industry

.
The GET will assist in

production planning, process supervision, material flow, quality control, and coordination

between design, production, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day

production planning and scheduling

for furniture and fixture manufacturing. Learn and support various

manufacturing processes

such as wood cutting, machining, assembly, metal fabrication, and finishing. Coordinate with design engineers to understand

shop drawings and technical details

. Monitor

production progress, material usage, and process efficiency

on the shop floor. Support supervisors in maintaining

workflow, safety, and housekeeping

standards. Participate in

quality checks, inspections, and documentation

. Assist in

inventory control and material handling

with the stores and purchase team. Contribute ideas for

process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement

. Prepare

daily/weekly production reports

and submit to the production head. Undergo continuous training to gain hands-on experience in different factory departments.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

(Freshers or up to 1 year of experience). Strong interest in

furniture, manufacturing, or interior fit-out production

. Basic understanding of

manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards

. Ability to read basic

technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge preferred)

. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in

MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools

. Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work on the shop floor.
