JD For Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Roles and Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor. \xef\x82\xb7 Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible. \xef\x82\xb7 Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate. \xef\x82\xb7 Observing health and safety regulations at all times. \xef\x82\xb7 Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications. \xef\x82\xb7 Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Establishing professional relationships with staff. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant engineering discipline \xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and mathematical skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Superb time management and professionalism. \xef\x82\xb7 A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism.
