Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer who has recently completed a B.Tech degree. The candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering, operations, and project teams in day-to-day activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and prepare technical reports as required.

• Support the preparation of project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project completion.

• Analyze data and suggest process improvements for increased operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• B.Tech degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant branch from a recognized university.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions as per project requirements.
