SITA is a dynamic organisation delivering IT solutions to customers in the Aviation and Government industries. As a Graduate joining this program, you are in for 12 months with departments \xe2\x80\x93 Central sales operations.

What you will do

• Organizing logistics of \'Sales and Commercial Excellence\' training workshops (both virtual and in-person setup).
• Updating of SharePoint information.
• Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) - Sending invites, registrations, tracking prerequisites, updating roster and sending certifications on completion, assigning learning modules.
• Reporting.
• Managing the training calendar.
• Raising of vendor POs.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Must be a Graduate
• Good if you have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree OR PG in mass communication
• Digital marketing, training, content creation /Mass communication
• Must be strong in verbal and written communication
• Must have graduated between Dec \'21 and July \'22
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to work with and in a team
• Customer facing and interpersonal skillset
