Department: Multi-Department Rotational Program

Type: Full-Time - Trainee Program 12 Months

Summary:

We are looking for high-potential graduates/Diploma Holders to join our Graduate Trainee Program designed for exposure to key departments within our factory operations -- including Marketing, Design, Production, Customer Service, and Quality Control. This rotational program will provide hands-on training, departmental mentorship, and cross-functional learning to prepare you for long-term roles in operations and management.

Objective:

To Provide Training and development of Skill and Competence to productively utilize Design (Electrical & Mechanical), Production, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement & Quality Control Department.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics etc Basic Knowledge on PLC, Autocad, Solidworks (Design Department), Industrial Automation will be added advantage.

Career Path: Successful candidates may be absorbed into permanent roles in relevant departments.

Stipend & Other facilities:

1. Graduates in Engineering Rs. 20,000/- PM

2. Diploma -Rs.18,000/- PM

3. Subsidized Lunch & Beverages will be provided.

4. Free Transportation facility from Peenya to Factory and back,

5. Free Bachelor's Accommodation will be provided for need based candidates.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
