Eligibility Criteria



Education:

B.Tech / B.E. in

Automobile Engineering

or

Mechanical Engineering

Year of Graduation:

2023, 2024, or 2025

Program:

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .

Key Skills & Knowledge Areas:





Strong fundamentals in

Automobile / Mechanical Engineering

concepts

Knowledge of CAD tools

such as

Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA

(added advantage) Proficiency in

MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:



Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering team Assist in preparing and updating CAD models, drawings, and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiatives Learn and apply Volvo's engineering standards and procedures Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation Support ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process
