Job Description

A Graduate Apprentice Trainee is an entry-level graduate undergoing a structured apprenticeship program designed to bridge academic knowledge with professional skills. Under the Apprenticeship Act, the trainee gains exposure to real-world tasks, receives technical mentorship, and develops an understanding of company functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend scheduled training sessions (technical, functional, safety) and complete learning modules.

Assist team members in day-to-day activities, such as preparing reports, updating logs, or supporting engineering/admin tasks.

Maintain records of work, prepare reports, and support documentation of SOPs or project data.

Aid in field measurements, quality checks, and process trials under supervision.

Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and reporting requirements.

Participate in regular performance assessments and submit feedback on training experiences.

Qualifications:

1.Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or Commerce/Arts/Science stream depending on role.

2.Registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or similar.

3.Basic computer skills - MS Office, Internet, Email.

4.Willingness to learn and contribute.

5.Strong communication and time-management skills.

Skills and Competencies:

Basic knowledge in area of study (engineering, finance, operations, etc.)

Logical thinking and eagerness to explore cross-functional skills

MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Exposure to technical drawing tools or ERP (for engineering roles)

Discipline and punctuality

Receptiveness to feedback

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
