The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) program is designed to provide hands-on exposure and practical training to fresh engineering graduates. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior professionals to understand core manufacturing processes, systems, and department-specific activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the department team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, etc.) for smooth execution of plans.
Learn and apply ERP systems, data entry, and MIS reporting.
Track and update WIP (Work in Progress) and prepare status reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
Gain exposure to manufacturing processes, resource planning, and supply chain activities.
Key Skills Required:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
