Role Overview

We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible

Mother Teacher for Grade 1

who can manage all subjects, nurture young children, and create a safe and joyful learning environment. The teacher will act as the primary guardian in school, ensuring every child feels supported, valued, and confident.

Key Responsibilities

Teach all major subjects for Grade 1 (English, Maths, EVS, Basic GK, etc.). Build a strong emotional bond with students and provide personal attention. Maintain a welcoming, safe, and positive classroom atmosphere. Develop simple, activity-based lesson plans suited for young learners. Use creative teaching methods: storytelling, rhymes, flashcards, games, craft activities, etc. Monitor students' academic, social, and emotional progress. Teach manners, hygiene, good habits, and basic discipline. Maintain neat notebooks, classwork, homework, and student records. Communicate regularly with parents in a positive and professional manner. Prepare students for assemblies, celebrations, and school events. Ensure classroom safety and proper supervision at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education / Child Development).

UG / B.Ed / Montessori Training

preferred. Experience with early primary or pre-primary students is an advantage. Minimum 3 years experience.

Work Schedule

Full-time, as per school timings Participation in PTMs, trainings, and events required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
