We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Mother Teacher

for

Grade 2

who can handle

all subjects

(English, Math, EVS, Hindi, etc.). The ideal candidate must be nurturing, student-focused, and capable of managing a classroom independently while working collaboratively with other faculty and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

primary educator

and caregiver for all students in Grade 2. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across

core subjects

: English, Math, EVS, and Hindi. Design and implement

daily lesson plans

, activities, and assessments based on CBSE curriculum guidelines. Maintain a

positive classroom environment

that supports emotional and academic development. Monitor and document student

progress, behavior, and performance

. Communicate regularly with

parents

regarding student development. Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and staff meetings. Use

creative teaching methods

, including audiovisual and digital tools, to enhance learning. Ensure students develop skills in

literacy, numeracy, critical thinking

, and

values education

Required Qualifications:

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree

in any discipline.

D.El.Ed

,

B.El.Ed

, or

B.Ed

with Primary Level Training. Qualified in

CTET Paper I

(Preferred or Mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum

3 years of teaching experience

in primary classes, preferably Grade 2. Excellent command over

English and Hindi

(spoken and written).
