dedicated, experienced, and highly skilled Grade I Speech-Language Pathologist
to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in developing and overseeing speech-language pathology services, supervising junior clinicians, and contributing to clinical excellence and innovation in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor advanced treatment programs for complex communication and swallowing disorders.
Conduct advanced and specialized assessments in the areas of:
Articulation and Phonology
Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders
Fluency (Stuttering)
Voice and Resonance
Cognitive-Communication Disorders
Dysphagia (Swallowing Disorders)
Supervise and mentor:
Grade II SLPs
Interns and students
Clinical Assistants (if applicable)
Lead quality improvement initiatives and research projects in speech-language pathology.
Collaborate with ENT specialists, neurologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide patient and caregiver education and counseling.
Ensure compliance with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) norms and documentation standards.
Participate in community health initiatives, screenings, and awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
Valid registration with the
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
.
Minimum
1 year of clinical experience
post-Master's (preferred).
Strong background in one or more specializations: Voice therapy, Dysphagia management, Fluency disorders, Pediatric communication, etc.
Proven experience in clinical supervision or team leadership.
Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Passion for mentoring, research, and continuous professional development.
Must meet RCI criteria for Grade I designation.
