Create a warm, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
Assess student progress using classwork, observations, and simple assessments.
Provide individualized support to help students develop foundational academic and social skills.
Communicate regularly with parents about student growth and classroom activities.
Maintain classroom organization, safety, and behaviour expectations.
Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning activities.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success.
Prepare and update lesson plans, report cards, and student records.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.
