Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Ground Operations Executive to manage on-ground installation, servicing, and maintenance of devices and equipment. The role requires regular fieldwork, coordination with internal teams, and handling operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace cameras and related devices in vehicles Visit field locations daily for inspections and service tasks Diagnose technical issues and perform basic troubleshooting Maintain records of work completed and report status updates Coordinate with the support and command center teams Ensure tools and equipment are handled properly

Requirements

ITI/Diploma/Any Graduation (preferred) Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, or hardware Willingness to work in the field and travel daily Should be comfortable with flexible working hours Ability to use basic mobile apps for reporting work

Experience

0-2 years in field operations/technician role (Freshers can apply)

Skills

Basic technical and troubleshooting skills Good communication Time management Willingness to learn and grow
