Designation : Group Product Manager - Women//'s Health
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization//'s more complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets.
Key Responsibility Areas:
To formulate brand plans on principles of Marketing Excellence, converting observations into insights and deriving at a communication and marketing plan to drive results. Driving execution of plan on time in full is also a key result area for the role.
Team management of 2-3 people.
To partner with cross functional teams for planning and execution of brand plan
To drive planning and spending of A&P aligned with the activities identified, timelines and market priorities
To create customer portraits and targeted communication basis behavioural segmentation via available omnichannel marketing
* To identify market opportunities and propose new products considering fitment in the existing portfolio along with a sound medical and commercial rationale, to craft the GTM strategies for the new products
