We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GeM tendering, excellent communication skills, and experience working in the valves/flanges or piping components industry.
1. Business Development: Travel extensively to various chemical process plants to scout and solicit enquiries for valves and services related to process control equipment.
2. Technical Engagement: Collaborate with the technical department to submit techno-commercial bids, offers, and proposals to secure orders.
3. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
4. Vendor Registration: Manage vendor registration procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements.
5. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our ERP system.
6. Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations for clients.
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in GeM tendering.
- Male/ Female candidates with experience working in valves/flanges or other piping components are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry in ERP systems.
