Analyze tender documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), scope of work, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria, to determine business fit and compliance requirements.
Bid Preparation and Compilation:
Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., technical, sales, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and documentation. Compile and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring all forms, declarations, and annexures are accurate and complete.

Process approved orders, manage the generation of invoices and shipping documents, and follow up on payment schedules and reconciliation.

Manage pre-qualification criteria, certifications, and registrations, ensuring they are current.
