• Online searching of tenders as per company product portfolio through government GeM Portal, IREPS, TN Tenders etc.
• Maintaining the track record for tenders.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers for best pricing and terms of payment.
• Drafting Business Letters and Emails

Pre Requisite for the Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/ Bachelors Degree with experience in Product Sourcing & Tendering process.
• Work experience or exposure to tendering and hands on experience in product sourcing is must.
• Good knowledge of Product sourcing and tendering process is must.
• Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a teamwork environment, Ability to perform and work well under pressure.
• Fast Learner, good Email and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Spoken & Written English must be fluent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Smart Phone compulsory

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sowcarpet, Chennai - 600079, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (10:30am to 7pm)
