We are seeking a dynamic Government Sales Manager to drive business growth within the State Government, PSU, and Defence sectors. This role focuses on high-value projects related to Smart Cities, IT infrastructure, and Renewable Energy/EV solutions.
?Key Responsibilities
?Business Development: Identifying and capturing opportunities in Smart City projects, IT services, and the Green Energy (EV/Renewable) sector.
?Liaisoning: Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-ranking officials in State Government departments, PSUs, and Defence authorities.
?Tender Lifecycle: Working closely with the technical team to influence pre-tender specifications and ensuring the company is well-positioned for the bidding process.
?Channel Partner Management: Identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners/system integrators to expand market reach.
?Strategic Networking: Representing the company at government forums, seminars, and department meetings to promote our IT and Energy solutions.
?Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities align with government protocols and legal requirements.
?Required Skills & Qualifications
?3+ years of experience in B2G (Business to Government) sales.
?Proven track record in Smart Cities or IT-related government projects.
?Strong preference for candidates with experience in EV (Electric Vehicles) or Renewable Energy sectors.
?Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
?Thorough understanding of the tender process and government liaisoning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
