Job Description

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Consultation:

Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements and challenges, providing customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and requirements.

CRM Management:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services.

Post-Sales Support:

Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Negotiation Skills:

Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges.

Self-Motivation:

Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation



Salary:

Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,188.32 - ₹35,064.48 per month
