Study user demographics to assess eligibility and relevance of government schemes Respond to user queries with well researched, accurate and timely information, enhancing user trust and engagement. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, structured database of government schemes and FAQ's. Partner with Product, Operations and Customer engagement teams to seamlessly integrate policy related content.


Requirements

Education-
Bachelor's in Public policy, Social science, Economics or Political science
