Lead and oversee government-related projects from initiation to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and government authorities.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and contract requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates for senior management and government stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional coordination across teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within agreed quality standards.
Requirements
4-8 years of proven experience in managing government or public sector projects.
Strong knowledge of government processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management qualification.
Prior experience in handling large-scale government or infrastructure projects.
Understanding of government tendering and procurement processes.
