We are seeking independent consultant who can generate business opportunities and secure orders from both government departments and the private sector on a commission-based model. The consultant will use strong liaison skills, industry contacts, and market knowledge to connect the company with key decision-makers and support the full cycle of opportunity identification to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify government and private-sector projects, tenders, and procurement opportunities.
Liaise with government departments and private companies to understand their requirements.
Introduce the company to relevant officials, procurement teams, and business leaders.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to support deal closure.
Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, technical documents, and compliance paperwork.
Provide market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
Support final negotiations and help secure orders in both sectors.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in government liaison, private-sector sales, or business development.
Strong liaison skills with government departments and private organizations.
Established network with govt officials, PSUs, and private-sector decision makers.
Solid understanding of procurement and tendering processes (government & corporate).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
High ethical standards and commitment to transparent business practices.

Commission-based compensation tied to successful order acquisition (percentage based on project value).
